Guided by the legislative requirements as outlined in the Labour Relations Act of 1995, our recruitment process at all times seeks to address the inherent job requirements as defined by our client’s job specification. The process starts with conducting a thorough client focused needs analysis to include what the position entails and researching the job profile requirements. In conducting the needs analysis, HDS will also seek to have an in-depth understanding of recruitment procedures, processes and response timeframes. Our main focus is on the job specification’s Key Performance Areas (KPA), taking into account the candidate’s Key Competence Areas (KCA). Depending on the job profile, we use approved job matching software which is achieved through competency based recruitment systems and search. This, we believe, is critical to the success of the staffing partnership.
